Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

 

100 gms Potatoes
 diced

100 gms Peas

50 gms diced carrots

50 gms diced mixed peppers ( Green, Red and yellow)

200 gms Pav Bhaji Masala

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

Instructions

Simmer the diced vegetables , Pav Bhaji Masala, and salt till the vegetables are well cooked . Mash the vegetables . Add 1 tsp lemon juice.


Garnish chopped coriander and Sliced Onions. Enjoy with pat or dinner rolls

Paneer Makhani

Ingredients

 

250 gms Paneer (diced)


200 gms Makhani Masala

1/4 cup water

Salt to taste

Instructions

Simmer the diced paneer, Makhani Masala and salt for 5 mins.


Garnish chopped coriander and Sliced Onions. Enjoy with Naan, Roti or rice.

Aloo Makhani (Potatoes in Butter Sauce)

Ingredients

 

250 gms Potatoes (diced)


200 gms Makhani Masala

1/4 cup water

Salt to taste

Instructions

Simmer the diced paneer, Makhani Masala and salt for 5 mins.


Garnish chopped coriander and Sliced Onions. Enjoy with Naan, Roti or rice.

Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

4lb Paneer

200 gms  Tikka Masala


Salt to taste


Marinate the Paneer in theTikka Masala for 1 hr and Grill it . 

Dal Makhani

​Ingredients

 

1 cup dry Urad Whole (Black) Dal

1/2 Cup Rajma

200 gms Makhani Masala

Salt to taste

Instructions

Soak the Dal and Rajma for 4 hrs . Boil them with enough water, Makhani Masala and salt.


Garnish with cream , chopped coriander and Sliced Onions. Enjoy with Naan, Roti or rice.

Shahi Paneer

250 gms Paneer (diced)


200 gms Curry Masala

75 gms Ricotta

Salt to taste

Instructions

Simmer the diced paneer, Curry Masala, Ricotta and salt for 5 mins.


Garnish with cream , chopped coriander and Sliced Onions. Enjoy with Naan, Roti or rice.

Mutter Paneer (Paneer and Peas Curry)

Ingredients

250 gms Paneer (diced)


200 gms Peas (Frozen/Fresh)

200 gms Curry Masala


1/2 cup water

Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Simmer the paneer and peas in 1 bottle of Curry Masala. Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Mushroom Tikka Masala

Ingredients

1 lb Mushrooms Slices

1 Medium Potato Diced

1 Bell Pepper Diced

200 gms  Tikka Masala


Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Stir Fry the Diced Vegetables. Add 1 Jar Tikka Masala and simmer for few minutes. Add a dollop of Cream(optional). Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Achari Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

100 gms (1/2 regular container) Achari Masala

2 Cups Greek Yogurt 

1/2 tsp Salt (Recommended)


 

Instructions

Mix the sauce, Yogurt and salt together and enjoy it with Carrots, Celery , Chips or Wings 

Gobi Tikka Masala

Ingredients

I cauliflower head (diced)

200 gms  Tikka Masala


1/2 cup water

Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Simmer the Gobi in Tikka Masala. Add a dollop of Cream(optional). Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.
