Lamb Vindaloo

​​Ingredients

2lb Lamb (chopped)

200 gms  Vindaloo Masala


1 tbsp oil

Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and add the lamb pieces.Add Salt to taste. Sauté lamb till cooked .  Add Vindaloo Masala and little water and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Kadhai Fish

2lb Fish (Salmon or Tilapia )

200 gms  Kadhai Masala


Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Simmer the fish  in the Kadhai Masala.  Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Fish Salan

​Ingredients

2lb Fish (Salmon or Tilapia )

200 gms  Salan Masala


1 tbsp oil

Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and add the fish. Sauté fish till cooked . Flip the fish to cook the other side.  Add Salan Masala and little water and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Butter Chicken

Ingredients

 

2 lb Chicken (diced)


200 gms Makhani Masala

1/4 cup water

Salt to taste

Instructions

Simmer the chicken and Makhani Masala, salt till the chicken is cooked.


Garnish with chopped coriander. Enjoy with Naan, Roti or rice.

Turkey Tikka Masala

Ingredients

2lb Turkey 

200 gms  Tikka Masala


1 cup water

Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Simmer the chopped turkey  in the Tikka Masala. Add a dollop of Cream(optional). Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Shrimp Tikka Masala

2lb Shrimp

200 gms  Tikka Masala


1/2 cup water

Salt to taste


 

Instructions

Simmer the shrimp  in the Tikka Masala. Add a dollop of Cream(optional). Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Achari Tandoori Chicken

​Ingredients

4lb Chicken 

200 gms  Achari Masala


Salt to taste


Marinate the chicken in the Achari Masala for 1 hr and Grill it . 

Fish Tikka Masala

Ingredients

2lb Fish diced into small pieces 

200 gms  Tikka Masala


1/2 cup water

Salt to taste

Simmer the fish  in the Tikka Masala. Add a dollop of Cream(optional). Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Curried Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken MeatBalls(Frozen)

1 cup water

200 gms Curry Masala(Mild/Spicy)

Salt to taste

 

Instructions

Simmer curry masala, Meat Balls (Frozen) , Salt and water 10 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.

Egg Curry

Ingredients

4 eggs boiled and peeled

1 cup water

200 gms  Curry Masala

Salt to taste

 

Instructions

Cut the eggs into half and Simmer curry masala, Salt and water 5 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with Roti/Rice/Naan.
